This exercise lists famous people whose names and accomplishments are probably familiar to you. However, you might not know that they are or were a person with a disability. Though this exercise highlights people who have made a special contribution to our world, it's primary purpose is to remind us, in an entertaining way, that people with disabilities represent a diverse group of individuals who come from all segments of our society.
