Vision Statement

To achieve fairness, dignity, and respect for all employees and clients of the Natural Resources Conservation Service in New York State.

Mission Statement

To provide counsel and recommendations to the State Conservationist on Civil Rights issues and concerns of clients and employees as well as to keep clients and employees informed of Civil Rights issues and activities.
